Death by Chocolate

I have been slacking on my recipe duties lately. My apologies to all the Cookie Club Fans.
I hope that this recipe will make up for it a little bit. Also, if you want to join in on the Cookie Club fun we would love to have you. Just grab the Cookie Club Banner on my side bar.

If I have to go I want to go by way of chocolate and what better than with Quadruple Chocolate Brownies. That's right, not 1, not 2, not even 3 chocolates but 4. My head is spinning already.
So who wants to go with me now? I thought so! Alright, here you go. The recipe for Death by Chocolate.

Quadruple Chocolate Brownies

1 1/2 c. AP Flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla flavor
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. milk chocolate chips
3/4 c. white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13 x 9 in. pan with Baker's joy.
In a small bowl, combine flour and salt. in a large microwave safe bowl, melt butter and chopped chocolate. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract and mix well.
Add flour mixture; mix until just combined. Stir in chips. Spread into prepared pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean.

Indulge Indulge Indulge!

P.S. I am making these today so if I don't post anything later you will know why! :)

  2. Ack! We're sitting here watching a movie and I was just asking my husband if he picked up any chocolate (for the movie, hello!) while he was out. Of course not, he's weird and forgets about chocolate. I want these right now. Right. Now. Thanks for the recipe!
